My item is faulty Our policy You can return a faulty item for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase or delivery. If more than 30 days has passed since purchase or delivery and your item is still within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from purchase), we may be able to offer you a prompt repair. We don’t cover faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
If you purchased online, you can return your item within 14 days even if you've opened it for inspection . The item must be returned as new and in its original packaging.
